Fantastic property! We had the best time with our 14 week old. Wonderful amenities. Great location. And the view is to die for! We saw some stunning sunrises and sunsets.

Walked in to this apartment and expected a lot better for the price. It was not very clean and didn’t have a good feel about it. Couch, cushions were filthy, no cover on the doona which was also filthy. No kitchen bin or bags, empty dishwashing detergent bottle under sink. Shower needed a good clean as well. There wasn’t a instruction booklet for the appliances, had to ring to see how to get the air con working properly, but rang and got that sorted, also couldn’t get hot plates working but that was after hours, so couldn’t ring therefore couldn’t cook. Also it’d be good to have pamphlets for restaurants or takeaways. Very disappointed, love Torquay but wouldn’t go back here not worth the price we paid.

Excellent location you can walk to most places in Torquay

We love Torquay but this apartment was run down, dusty and grimy. View was good and location as promised but you can do much better for the price. Sofa is way past its due date and place had not been dusted or vacuumed. No dishwashing liquid. Leftovers in the washing machine! We rented through Surf Coast Rentals. When raised with them. No apologies! they are renovating upstairs. No mention of this in the ad but asking full price. Banging from upstairs was constant. Next time I’m Airbnb’ing.

Apartment 101 Not Recommended

Heater did not work in our room.  We were moved to another room.  Access to the second bedroom was very limited as a bed was blocking the door preventing the door from opening.  Shower door did not shut properly so there was water leaking on the bathroom floor which was unsafe.  We would also suggest bringing your own pillows along as after the first night, we had to go and purchase a pillow for our second night stay.

Very nice and modern. But hardly any toilet paper which was annoying

Great location can walk to beach, cafes, restaurants etc
