Third time I have stayed here and once again it didn’t disappoint. I love the open air facilities so the rooms don’t have that stuffy air smell. The two bedroom apartment was roomy with great views. Kirra beach is a short walk away which is great for swimming and boogie boarding. There are great eating places just downstairs which sell a variety of food including amazing coffee (Cafe Kirra). My son loved that he could walk downstairs to the seven eleven whenever he wanted and he also enjoyed the ice cream across the road. The pool and spa are also good. Overall great value for money. 

Location, Location. Amazing view. We recieved a text for an early check in from Steve. Thankyou. Which was greatly appreciated. Apartment clean and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants. Easing parking. Great pool. We will stay again.

Super friendly and well educated front office staff Darren who made sure that rooms were ready earlier than we expected and kept us well informed of any possible changes. Appreciated the good sense of humour of Darren and information given regarding close amenities such as the fabulous bakery in the nearby shopping complex and ideas for day outings. We experienced a few different rooms all with excellent ocean views and all with enough space and storage. Location to all swimming areas and restaurants/cafes within short walking distance. If I could change one thing I would wish for more thicker fluffy bath towels but the ones we used were fine!! The view from the balconies showcasing famous Kirra Beach was breath taking at times. Thanks for the great memories.   

Stayed 2 nights it was lovely, clean, free wifi everything we needed. 
Staff were very helpful had amazing ocean views. We didn’t use but had boogie boards, beach umbrellas etc for use. 
Nice hot showers well equipped kitchen was perfect 

Excellent apartments, well stocked, very clean and light.
Dawn was excellent on our arrival, allowing us to park our car so we could take a walk whilst the room was being prepared.
Would definitely stay here again

Had our first family holiday in QLD, we stayed at Kirra Beach Apartments and what a amazing time we had. The apartment were very clean and tidy on arrival, with clean towels and fresh linen change half way through our stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights with a group of friends. We were made very welcome from the moment we walked in. The rooms were of a high quality and very clean. Our room was on an upper level so we were treated to a great sea view. Lower levels are not so fortunate. A slightly bigger canopy over the BBQ area would have been nice.

Amazed at the size of the apartment. Really roomy. Great view of the sea and all you could need supplied. Dawn is a lovely welcoming host. I particularly loved her blackboard of inspiration. Highly recommend these apartments for a relaxing stay.

Kirra beach apartments was a very relaxing stay. Quiet location. Very handy to beach.  Room very comfortable and clean.  Plenty of eateries walking distance and can walk to Coolangatta, 20 minutes.  Would stay again.

Fantastic for Family getaway 

Iconic Kirra Beach

Lovely spot by the beach

This is a well located property close to the beach, convenience stores and eateries next door(around the corner) and public transport to wherever you want to go. The apartment is suitable for 2 people but we did encounter some problems with dirty cutlery and a clogged washing machine. To get to the barbecue you need to go out the front door and then bring your cooked food back in so don't forget your access key. A strange place for the bbq I though but it was very clean and well presented. Staff were very helpful and attended to anything of concern promptly. Value for money.

Holiday on the Beach at Kirra

Great value accommodation.  While it might not be super modern, it was very tidy and had all the facilities we needed (washer and drier was particularly handy) as well as a great sized deck that we could lounge out on.  Didn’t require the kitchen, but if we return with kiddies, then the fully functional kitchen would be very useful. Also located near some really nice cafes and easy access to the motorway to head up the coast to Broadbeach etc. Lady managing the place was also very friendly and helpful.

Great Value

These apartments are not super modern but they are clean, comfortable and well located. The beach is second to none and is a perfect place to run, cycle or rollerblade with exquisite views. The staff are friendly and well organised. I love that we don't need our car during our stay - everything you need is within a ten minute walk (but usually less). We will book again!

Reasonable price to relax

We tried to hook up with their wifi the entire time we were checked in and couldn't. Since we checked in on a weekend,there’s nobody in the reception to ask for help. Whatever instructions for wifi we read on the book they provide doesn’t work. Good location near Kirra Beach,great water temperature and cool white sand.
