The Guest House is located in the middle of the old village, inside the maze of traditional white houses; however, it is quite well marked and easy to find. The room we had was clean and the private bathroom, from the windows a spectacular view!

The view is spectacular.

The way to the accommodation with heavy suitcases is a bit arduous, but absolutely worthwhile. The owner is friendly, helpful and helped carry the suitcase. Top! The view from above over the city of Berat is just magical. Absolutely recommended. Everything was very clean and worked. LG Mandy and Franz.

if you visit berat there are many accomidation option ,this is very well decorated tradationaly and renevated nicely ,in the heart of berat ,if i go there again definetly I stay here ,price was better tehn some other hotels ,for me it was excellent highly recomend to everyone,beautiful view from windows

It's a nice little hotel with only a few rooms. It's in an old mansion in the historic district of Berat. It's a great view of the city from the window. There's a TV, fridge, wifi. There's also a small open terrace with tables around the hotel. It's a great price-to-frequency ratio. It's not easy to find. It's in the middle of the stairs.

It's cheap and not angry.

This guesthouse is lovely, comfortable and had a beautiful view over Berat. It is well located in the old town of Berat so you can walk everywhere. The staff were really friendly and immediately made my partner and I feel welcome upon arrival. Also, they were super generous and helped us immeasurably with a lost item and drove all the way to another city to pick it up for us. We were extremely grateful for all their effort. Also, they arranged a delicious and authentic Albanian family meal for us! We would recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Berat!

Fantastic view and generous and lovely staff

Little rooms in authentic ottoman houses of Berat old town are nice and quite clean. Bathrooms make you remember that it is an authentic house which was rebuilt around 50 years ago.
The most challenging thing is a way to the guest house - it's around 300 meters walj up to the hill, if you have luggage - you'll have to carry it.

What to say. We're talking about a typical guest house. It's a little hard to climb, but it's worth it. The panorama is spectacular. The room is in an apartment, clean and tidy. Humility and honest service. The owners are really good people and very trustworthy. Trust them with confidence.

Honest, honest, hospitable, clean.

The tour was complete, the atmosphere was warm, very clean, the dinner was very exciting, served by the owner in a very panoramic room, and then everyone - managers and employees - came over to help us with a medical problem that affected a member of our group.

The beautiful things are the surprising things, and so is Hava Kiss.

Staying at Hotel Hava Baci was a great experience while staying in Berat! The rooms were at the top of the old town with stunning views over the river valley. You could self-cater if you like and the very kind hosts always had a small, tasty breakfast ready for you for whenever you ordered it the night before. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Honestly, I loved sitting and staring out the windows at the city below and could have stayed there longer except that I wanted to explore the city. Also, the wi-fi worked fine for me and the staff were very willing to help me with my luggage up the hill after a cousin of the manager phoned up for me from the base of the old town.  The only downside would be for someone with mobility issues as the climb up is quite steep.

Great Room with an Amazing View

Nice room, clean and spacious. Nice reception by the owner. Superb view of Berat. However, there is no access by car, so be prepared for luggage because the assembly is rough until the boarding house.
