We came quite early in the morning, around 8 am, after tired long night train time. We were offered early check in for free of charge because the room was ready, really appreciated for this. The staff were smiling and helpfu all the time, willing to support us with any request or information needed. Location is perfect, we could see the mountain train run behide in the back of buiding through opening window; room is nice decorated  and spacious.

Friendly host

Even if they know a lot of people arrive at Sapa at 6 am (in the sleeping bus like us), they dont let you to check in before 12 pm, although they had available rooms. The communication way was Google translator, they dont speak a word in english. The room and the toilet were clean and spacious, however the towels had holes and a few suspicious spots. We couldnt rest very well as the mattress was extremely hard, sleeping on the floor had been more confortable. Fortunately you can get a massage around. Finally, despite we had booked a room with breakfast, they texted us (remember they can not speak english), that our room had no breakfast included. Not recommended at all.

Hardest bed ever

The place is quite clean. But otherwise, in a pretty bad condition, there's mould on the walls and ceiling. Also was very very cold in March. We had to get a heating fan, which barely did anything. You had to also pay separately for it.
The beds are super hard. So if you are into asceticism then that's for you, otherwise, take something else.

Don't go if you don't like cold

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to guide you with some things you need even her english is not really good. We appriciate almost in staff, they also offered us free early check-in at 7 am in the morning. Room is clean, big, spacious and nice decorated. We got better for what we paid. A small problem is the road to come in hotel is on construction, therefore quite noisy in day time but is alright at night.

We booked the hotel by hostel... an app on arrival was completely different and we were told that those photos were from 2 years ago! and that it was somewhere else, totally different from the photos the rooms with a lot of humidity!! The mattresses of the worst that have touched us and the catastrophic ghost were rotten and had no prices even, so stay anywhere else that is sure to be better!

Dirty, humid, and scary!

The hotel is a bit far from the center, surrounded by works and its dark access street is jammed, with almost no English and unfriendly staff, some rooms have a mountain view, but the two that we were taught by seem to be champions: mold on the walls, smell and presence of moisture in the room, wet bedding and spare with black mold stains.

No reserves ever!!

come to stay by being recommended from a Vietnamese friend. The hotel looks clean and spacious, room looks nice and airy, the view on top is amazing, lovely breakfast and really friendly staff. Sapa is lovely and peaceful, suitable for packbackers having long stay. Recommend!

We stayed with a friend for one night and enjoyed our stay. The staff is almost exclusively female, but very helpful.

It is acceptable.

The hotel would be nice, as would the rooms. Everything is very clean. The problem is that the climate in SAPA in the winter months is not the best and the hotel is completely devoid of a heating system!

Cold and uncomfortable.

Even if you ask yourself when you arrive at this hotel at the end of a gloomy hallway, this hotel is conveniently located in the city of Sapa, close to the main square. Everything is very brief, but the room is rather spacious and clean. The bed, on the other hand, can easily be confused with the floor of the room as it is hard (I weigh my words).
