It was a fantastic stay which was really made exceptional by the great staff they have. They seemed really focused on making sure I had a great stay and went well beyond what you would normally expect. The hotel was clean, rooms spacious and comfortable. Hot water, good wifi, comfortable beds. We enjoyed staying here, but it's not good idea for some one who come for travelling in Hanoi.
