Ken the manager was great. Clean rooms, great price, and a great stay. I would stay there again. Remember to book directly. This is best for small business's. The pool was great on hot days and very clean and well taken care of.

Great stay at a great price in Turlock California.

This motel show a lot of sign of wear ! I ended up killing a total of 10 cockroaches 🪳🪳🪳 during my 2 night stay ! I did report it to the front desk clerk Judy 😠 I will look elsewhere in the future when on business ! I cannot and will not recommend this motel 👎👎👎

The Owner is a tyrant and so rude I was there under a Red Cross emergency I am unable to move I'm 66 and disabled he told me he was running a motel not a nursing home and threatened to have me put out by police officers if an ambulance didn't come and get me out my son did everything he could to get me out of there there was roaches dirt filth no TV to watch there's no Wi-Fi service to speak of there's no room service at all for cleanliness for every day care the only thing that made my stay ok was the 2 Angels having to work for the man for nothing they are Friendly and Help in what ever way they can it is a Brother and Sister, they work for him cause they have No Family i think the man gives them a room and 7 dollars a day ... they are Searching for a Better way of life i Believe the Sisters name is Michelle or something close to that she was a Straight Angel... Please if anyone reads this and Believes in Fate Please Help this Young Sister and Brother theyvare the Best in Custermer Care

The Owner is a Tyrant

I've stayed at this hotel before and didn't have this problem. I saw one roach tonight and I knew what was going to happen. Turned out the lights, turned on the light a little bit later and saw roaches crawling all over the wall. Absolutely disgusting, and I'm paying $100 for this for one night. I guess you have to pay more than $100 to avoid freaking roaches.  Tom Bodett, you're letting me down what's the deal dude? Motel 6 is really a hit or miss, I was in the one in Williams last night and there were no problems.

Horrible - filled with cockroaches

Yordi was fabulous had a great personality always folding towels and wiping counters . The housekeeping is friendly and helpful the pool was clean with amazing ac in the room small bug issues don’t come if you can’t stand roaches

The roaches begin scurrying when you open the door and turn on the lights.
 You really don't want to know what happens when the lights go out.

I've never stayed anywhere where I dreaded the idea of going to sleep--until this motel.

Burns in the bedspreads. One room smelled of insecticide and the other room just smelled stale but both had equal numbers of bugs. Broken and dented cars in the parking lot--looked like they don't even bother towing them away.

Place should probably be condemned.

Roaches everywhere!

Well if you like sleeping with cockroaches and I mean more then for 100.00 plus deposit then here you go! The room  smelled funny the remote did not work and it is really amazing that motel 6 prides themselves on for you when obviously they do it to keep the cockroaches at Bay!

COCKROACHES

I live in Turlock & had to be out of my home for a few days, so I got a room at Motel 6.  Staff was friendly & courteous at check-in, but not wearing masks (COVID-19 precautions).  There were bugs in the room until I put duct tape along the bottom of the door and sprayed bug spray.  Cigarette burn holes in the bed spread, stains on the pillow cases and towels.  There was a rotting strawberry on the floor, leading me to wonder if the room had even been cleaned after the previous guests.  I couldn't figure out how to work the shower - I only got scalding hot water, no matter how I turned the faucet.  No fridge, microwave or coffeemaker.  There were always people in the parking lot - standing around talking & smoking, sitting in their cars, sleeping on the grass. 

The air conditioner worked well and kept the room very cold, the way I like it.  I also enjoyed the cat that seems to live on the premises.  The ice machine had ice, but only if you know when to go.  Free Wi Fi &, a flat screen TV, neither of which I used.

It was a place to stay when I had to be out of my home.

Served the purpose

I stayed here on 07-12-20 and the room was okay and clean, but the office staff did NOT wear masks, which is appalling in this time of COVID 19.

The pool area was closed but the pool is FILTHY.  Either have a pool and keep it clean or do not have one at all.

If you must stay at this motel, be sure your room is on the west side.  The east side, next to the freeway, seems to be the domain of various vagrants and ex-cons and generally the sort of people you see on COPS.  I would not feel safe near them.

Careless About Covid 19

I'm 69 years old and I've been to a lot of Motel 6 in my lifetime and in my travels. This has got to be the worst one Turlock Motel 6. The bed was small and horribly uncomfortable. They were flies in the room in the pillows smell. I paid a lot of money for this room and if I'd have seen it first I wouldn't have paid $25 for this horrible room
