This hotel gave us the BEST SERVICE we’ve ever had. Literally every staff member we met (valet, front desk, cleaning staff, restaurant greeter and waiters) appeared happy to meet us, glad to see us and more than willing to help. The location is great for touring historical St. Augustine, and the hotel itself is a historical charmer. Food (we had breakfast) in the onsite restaurant was also very good. But the reason I would choose to stay here again (despite it being pricey) is the true southern hospitality of the staff.
