Room was large and super clean. Furnishings and bedding looked brand new. Despite being on a busy road, room was very quiet. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to plenty of restaurants and attractions. Great spot to stay!

Raj and his wife were perfect hosts. Welcomed us upon arrival and were gracious, attentive and all around terrific
The room was immaculate, cozy, quiet with very comfortable beds and pillows.
You can’t beat the accomplishments for the price and close proximity to the Lancaster County adventures. We highly recommend a stay with them.

Great stay

Knowing this is a budget hotel and that we’d be out exploring, it was adequate. You don’t pay for frills you won’t use and the property was clean, owners very friendly and gave us a welcome snack. At first we were concerned about traffic noise since it’s right on Rt. 30 but we could not hear it. The room is not set up for the business traveler though.

Affordable, friendly, adequate

Upgraded to a 2 bed room after the owner heard our story of driving 13 hours to get there. He realized before we did that we needed to stretch out. Very clean. Very quaint. Close to restaurants. And Amish country. That was the most exciting thing about our trip.

Passing through

We stayed here while visiting Strasburg, Pennsylvania. The motel outside was very well kept and tidy. I was somewhat taken back however because of previous nightmares I had experienced with motels and thought of the worst before even walking into the room. The motel clerk was very courteous and helpful, and cheerful. On opening our door to our room, we were greeted by a very clean room. The cleanliness of our room was top notch. This room was a little outdated, however we were not bothered by this as everything worked as it should and we had no problems whatsoever. The only drawback to our stay was that the hot water did not last as long as we liked, but this was not a deal breaker. The value was also excellent. As most of the modern hotels in this area can be pricey. If your expecting modern amenities, you might be disappointed. However, this motel was cleaner then some of the 150$ plus hotels I have stayed at and priced less. If you are looking for a great value and a very clean place to stay when in Lancaster, PA this is the place for you. I would certainly recommend this motel to anyone and would certainly stay here again. This motel is small and advance reservations is recommended well ahead of your stay.

Excellent Motel for the price and centrally located.

Close to shops and rooms were clean and comfortable.only negative thing very busy street.hotel was on a main road but you could walk to different shops and restaurants. It's a mom and pop kind of motel. Would stay again.

Ronks motel

Plain motel room but very clean, smelled nice and would recommend it to anyone. It was inexpensive and on a holiday weekend, I really couldn’t believe how clean it was and smelled very nice . Very close to all kinds of food , and shopping outlets . I would definitely stay again .

Plain room

We stayed for one night in August 2018 by chance. Very nice surprise! Simple motel, as we imagined. The rooms would need a good refreshment, but they would lose charm to us Europeans. Special mention to its owner, especially nice and splendid. A great experience!

We were here for a single night. It is what the reviews say. A vintage roadside motel that is well kept. 

Everything shows it’s age but functioned fine. They offer breakfast treats in the lobby. No place to sit. We grabbed treats for later and coffee to go in the morning. 

All in all a fine option for a short stay. 

Decent vintage

if you are looking for a good value motel, this may just be the place to try. Although this is an older motel it is well maintained,extremely clean and great location. We spent 5 nights at the Lancaster motel October 2018 and will defiantly return to this location in the future. the beds are firm and in great condition, as far as I know each room has a bar fridge with a small freezer compartment for making ice. Bathrooms are small so if you had a walker it could be a challenge manoeuvring around with the door shut, sink is outside of the bathroom and there is more then enough very hot water for showers.The owners live on site so they pay attention to property upkeep and cleanliness. As with many of the motels in the area they include breakfast which really is muffins,sometimes fruit and a pod coffe machine which is always available when the office is open, there is a fridge in the office and is usually stocked with juice water and soda.
 The motel is located on route 30 so during the week the road is very busy and you do get traffic noise, It can be a challenge getting out of the drive way but this will be the same if you visit any restaurant,motel or attraction on route 30 so be patient and wait for a gap. If you are looking for a comfortable,clean, motel that offers excellent value for your money, I would highly recommend the Lancaster motel which is close to many attractions and great food. This is one of the best deals around as the owner realizes not everyone can afford one of the big chain hotels. Give the motel a call and let them help you with your reservation, it may make your stay in Ronks pa a little more affordable.
