The Element Industrial Drive hotel in Orlando provides an exceptional lodging experience. The property is impeccably maintained, featuring modern décor, a high-quality breakfast offering, and a staff that is both professional and attentive. My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the hotel for a long weekend and were highly satisfied with our experience. Our room was extremely clean, and the kitchenette was well equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel’s location is also highly convenient, situated within walking distance of SeaWorld, Aquatica, and other nearby attractions. Additionally, the availability of a trolley service enhances accessibility to the surrounding area. The cost is $5.00 per person for an all-day pass or $2.00 per ride. We utilized this service frequently and found it to be reliable and efficient. Following our departure, I discovered that I had inadvertently left my cell phone at the hotel. The staff handled this matter with outstanding professionalism. They provided clear guidance on the necessary steps, ensured that my phone was securely stored, and arranged for its prompt return via UPS. Overall, I highly recommend the Element Industrial Drive hotel. It is an excellent property that delivers both comfort and convenience, and I would gladly return for future stays.
