Don't go there.  The worst experience ever!  The one lamp has no shade, just a bare bulb.  When we left, they asked us if we took the shade!  There was no coffee maker and they asked if we took it!  Some things you usually expect:  tissue, coffee (even if it would be in the lobby, bottled water, hair dryer, soap;  not there.  Horrible stained towels if you even get towels.  They say they have WiFi but they won't give the code to log in.  There is no ice available,  etc.  Perhaps the pillows came from the dumpster.  They are flat and smell.   Management; if you would call it that, is unprofessional.  When asking for toilet paper, the answer was "where I come from, we don't use it"  Cannot think of anything to be positive about with this place..  Be very careful if you pay for a "room".  It is not worth any money. I bought a mop and cleaning supplies, but it wasn't enough.  I have traveled and never stayed anywhere as horrible as this.  The people are not nice.

It is very dirty, 

Booked in desperation as previous motel cancelled our reservation. Scruffy room, scorched carpets, cigarette burn in bedding. Very scruffy room and very noisy right next to the road. Most expensive scruffy room I have ever stayed in. Man in reception unhelpful and surly

Scruffy and overpriced

Resort was absolutely disgusting and owner of resort was rude. Place is overpriced. Rooms were gross. Could not even stay the night. Owner was completely rude to my wife and not welcoming or comforting at all. Would not suggest this place to anyone.

Terrible Place and Staff

You can't believe how happy we were to find a room in naples. And to find this little gem at the 11th hour, unreal. The owner was very attentive, he has owned the place for 30 years and lives on site. The grounds are immaculately manicured, and the room has been completely updated. Very clean, and you can park right in front of your room. I loved that....maybe i am sick of walking a mile to get to my room in the big hotels. Loved it, would stay here any time we are back in naples.

Surprising little gem!

Overpriced $205.00 per night, small tatty rooms right on the main road very noisy. Air con fixed so low on the wall it blew air at the bottom of the bed! There was some kind of crazy noise at the back of the property so we had keep the windows shut. On the plus side it was clean and the towels were fresh the bathroom was spotless, I don’t mind these conditions if they are reflected in a fair price. We were there in the American school holiday and the weather was amazing and Naples is a beautiful area so I guess they will charge as much as they can, we voted with our feet and bailed after one night 

Overpriced 

This is a small privately owned place. Not a lot of frills but best value around here. It's a bit small but very clean; the couple that owns it lives on site; it's 5 minutes from downtown and beaches. I've stayed other places close- this is 1/3 the cost for a clean comfy spot to sleep and shower- what else do I need

Best isn't always biggest

It's a motel like many, old man, but convenient because it's close to downtown, and in a shopping area, no breakfast, but two cafes available anyway.

Practice for one night

It's a small motel on the side of a highway that's easy to find. You can put the car right in front of the room. It's a good bed, it's a good bathroom. It's all for a night's sleep. Hotel prices in Naples are quite expensive in March. It's about 120 euros for motels that give you the right service.
