Awesome breakfast in the mexican restaurant next to the motel (you can choose between scrambled eggs and toast with bacon or sausages and lots of other options). Clean and comfortable rooms. Good location next to the interstate. And just a walk to "downtown" Holbrook.
Great value for money.
The only bad thing is the trains, that cross through Holbrook every 15 mins or so. They are really loud.

Clean room, nice staff, air conditioned, in-room coffee, fridge, mricrowave, hot breakfest.  And cheap to boot-- I will stay here again.  Gotta say more to satisfy tripadvisor minimum--- a good value and I will stay here again.

Excellent for the price

In our 46-day journey we used many hotels or motels this was one of the worst not very comfortable, not very clean, dirty and far from the places to visit not very recommended

Stops during a coast to coast to coast

Just basics. It's seen better days but it was clean and everyone was friendly. I wouldn't choose it for an extended stay but if you need a place to stop for a few hours sleep it fits the bill. It's ok. A free breakfast was a bonus.

You get what you pay for.

I was going to go easy on this place because it appeared they were trying. New wood floors, flatscreen tv and new shower curtains. I was willing to overlook the painted over rust on the sink and tub, the nose prints on the windows, the lumpy beds and the paper thin walls and noisy ceiling. But there is no excuse for a pillow that reeks of urine and someone from the front desk to take 40 minutes to come and tell the next room, who started drinking at 5 AM, to be quiet.

If just needing a place to stop to sleep it will work. 1950s type motel in an area where similar motels have been torn down or turned to monthly rentals. My room was okay, but other travelers that night complained about dirty rooms. Nice feature is owner also owns a restaurant on the premises so you get a coupon for a hot breakfast right on the premises. Breakfast is a choice of eggs and meat or pancakes and meat, plus s drink.

Okay for quick stop

The room was clean (not only looked clean but smelled pleasant) and convenient (I could park in front of my door), and the hot breakfast included was a bonus. I also enjoyed the large flat screen with HBO. It is an older basic motel but for the price, you can't expect the Marriott. Christopher, at the front desk, is a rockstar and provided truly excellent customer service with a smile. The property was safe and quiet - with the exception of the frequent train horns (but with the tv on, it really didn't bother me much). My only complaint is that the bed is really hard (but in decent condition). For a quick overnight stop, I would definitely stay here again.

Great Value and Excellent Customer Service

$49 for one night including tax is pretty fantastic. And you get a small breakfast (pancake and 1 sausage or bacon or 2 eggs, piece of meat and toast and a drink). And the staff is very friendly and helpful. But you need to be prepared for very dusty corners of room and I'm not sure what stains on walls and old shower and sink with rust/damage. Beds were comfortable, but could hear neighbors talking, dogs barking, upstairs noise and periodic trains (at least 3 through night). Also air conditioning worked great and the room had a microwave and fridge. 

The price is the BEST part

I only slept there one night, after visiting the petrified forest, and the place is really messy. The hall looks like a funeral service room, the rooms are not clean and all the furniture is pretty old. The fridge during the night let out water forming a nice well on the floor. The receptionist is nice, but not particularly quick. Breakfast is served in the bar across the street, which unlike what I read in other comments (will have changed management) is not an American diner, but a slightly messy Mexican restaurant (the morning in the frying room smells like the night before). During the night you hear a very loud train whistle.

There's no closet or hook to hang the clothes on. The equipment is a little shaky. At night you can hear every step from the upstairs rooms and from the next door; it's cranky. The breakfast included in the price is not worth it - slippery mirror lids, a bacon strip and a toast, that's all.
