My family and I were in town for a family. We rented a total of 6 rooms. Every room was bad from the carpet to the shower heads. Graffiti all over the walls stinky rooms. We were all very disappointed since we’ve stayed at windham hotels but nothing like this one. Will not recommend anyone to stay here. 

Horrible experience

This should be a $60 a night motel. Service, rooms, and safety were all terrible. It’s in a rough place and the ownership shows no care for their hotel. I cannot believe that Wyndham is associated with this place. 

Don’t stay here, it is disgusting

Worst place and even worst customer service did not help at all and refused to give money back or make any accommodations. When asking to speak with supervisor we were threaten to get the cops called because the staff did not want to help us anymore.

Horrible!

I have stated many Wyndham Hotels and this was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. I typically don't like to complain about too much but this room was horrible. The was hideous. I am in the process of filing a claim with Wyndham and intend to request a full refund.

Very displeased

Scary. Gang tagging written on the lamp shade (with obscenities), and on the wall in the bathroom above the door. Water from shower was a drizzle. Cuts and cigarette burns in bed cover. Toilet paper holder was broken off.

Not for me.

This property does not meet basic requirements for a safe living space. They are currently violating the law by letting these rooms be occupied. They have no working smoke detectors and the property is literally falling apart. This facility should be closed for safety until the renovations are complete.

Unsafe conditions

Bathroom was stained. I don’t believe nothing has been done to clean the room other than make the bed. Trash in the walkways looks almost like a homeless encampment. Carpet was stained. Walls had holes. They shouldn’t even charge to stay in this. You’re better off sleeping on a bench of a greyhound terminal. People playing loud music at 5am and shouting. No one cares

Disgusting

Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews prior to booking this hotel.  I had stayed at other Days Inn which were drastically different.  I am surprised that Days Inn would allow this hotel to keep the name on this property. 
From the moment we opened the door, we new that this was a mistake. The room did not have a smoke detector, the fan cover was missing and there was a hole in the wall where the toilet paper holder should be. Tape and Crepe paper were still attached to the ceiling from a past party.  
The TV remote was missing from the room.  The rooms do not have telephones so you have to walk to the office to share concerns. The office can only be accessed through a night window at all hours of the day. Although the sign states this is for staff security, it makes you wonder if you car will be safe in the parking lot. 
The laminate floors appeared clean and the bed for comfortable.  The hotel was near the location we were to visit the next day. 
The clerk was cordial and helped us to cancel the rest of our reservation.

Don't make our mistake 

Complete nightmare! This is no exaggeration… this is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the smoke infested room (which I was told was a non-smoking room), to the disrepair of the room, to the being awaken throughout the entire night by other guests (arguing, partying and knocking on my door to want to get in). Seriously like a scene from a bad movie. Avoid this place that should be condemned at all costs.

Complete Nightmare!

This property is infested with drug addicts and prostitutes. The rooms look like crime scenes. There were burn holes/marks anywhere you could imagine. Mold and mildew on the ceilings and the bathroom was practically unusable. Please do not stay here, especially if you’re traveling with children.
