The hotel was so lovely. I was visiting around my birthday and the front desk. Staff was very kind and they upgraded my room. The room was absolutely beautiful and the customer service at the hotel was second to none. The beds were so comfortable! Do not miss the nightly sabering of the champagne bottle. it was really neat to watch and the woman who was doing it told us how she learned and gave us a little history on the practice. The concierge was so helpful! They were able to get me a reservation at Polo Bar across the street. The staff at the hotel really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and go out of their way to ,are sure your stay is memorable.
