This is a wonderful Tudor building with all the quirkiness and fun of uneven stairs, walls and floors and is run by the lovely Maureen who is so kind and helpful, and does a mean breakfast! It's located in the centre of town so you can walk to the nearest pubs, restaurants and shopping areas. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but Maureen will have you drop off your bags and direct you to the best parking spot if you ring ahead. I note when searching for this hotel it is saying a room costs £430 a night which is absolute rubbish, we paid £55 for a gorgeous double room with shower and sink.
