We enjoyed our stay, despite experiencing a disastrous day wherein the water supply to the entire property was disrupted and folks had to be moved en masse. They handled that very well, nevertheless, so one can't blame them for a black-swan event like this. Apart from that our stay was excellent. We had a fantastic, roomy, well-appointed Apartment and found Mari at Reception warm and highly competent. Perhaps, they need to have a Toaster in the Apartment and maybe house-keeping (even if cleaning once in 3 days) need to ensure toiletries are well-stocked. The property is 200 m from the Elizabeth Line going straight to Heathrow and to Bond St so it is very convenient. There is a Waitrose which is a 5 minute walk in the Shopping Mall, nearby. We would love to return. Be mindful that staying in Canary Wharf is a trade off. It is a spanking new suburb etc but it does take at least 30 minutes door to door to get to Oxford or Bond St. We did not mind the trade-off and as frequent Marriott patrons we love the reliability and professionalism expected of the brand.
