I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect the room was bright, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The entire place feels welcoming and comfortable. What really made my experience special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and kind. A special thank you to Eva, who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and I appreciate everything she did for me. This is by far the best hotel in London. I’m in love with everything about it and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the city!
