very clean and well kept hotel the prices are pretty good and not very expensive considering the rooms are very nice. if any negative its sometimes waiting for the owner to answer if you lost youyr key or booking i at the start of your stay its also a good place to stay as it is direct to bus routes and is located near a kfc and other good food places to eat.

I booked on booking.com, paying £40 for a room for one night. On arrival we were asked to sign a register, after which we were told we had to pay another £40. I was told by the owner that I can't have paid via booking.com, and that I had to pay him directly. I tried to reason with him, before he became very rude and aggressive. We eventually left without even staying the night! When we complained to booking.com, the owner said we had, in fact, stayed! I could not believe how unprofessional and rude he was. He is a liar and will try to cheat you out of money at the first chance he can get. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from The Nite Inn.

Basic but to pay £50 for a night between two of us was great value. Beds were comfy and while it was a touch on the small side, was plenty big enough to sleep in after a night out. Breakfast included, but served between 9 and ten which was a bit of a big ask after a night on the tiles.

Would stay again. 

Clean room, comfy beds, excellent price

This was a very last minute booking as I'd been let down where I was going to stay. Was welcomed in by the manager, allocated room 9. This room was small but absolutely fine for me , the bathroom was clean and shower worked well. The bed & pillows were really comfy, I had a good restful sleep. The complimentary kettle with tea and comfy was well stocked ( maybe a sleeve or two of decaf coffee would have been nice, but I didn't ask so may have been able to get some) . 
The breakfast smelt lovely but I didn't have any, but was offered a whole range of food to try and tempt me. 
From what I experienced this was a lovely one night stay at very short notice. Thanks 

Clean room

Myself and my partner stayed here. On arrival we found the owner / manager to be very welcoming. We were asked to sign in and he asked for the £50 which is what the room cost for one night including breakfast. We asked to pay by card and he said cash only when on the window there is a sticker clearly stating that cards are accepted. We were given a key to the room and front door and directed to our room. On waking into the room we found 2 beds, one double (more like 3 quarter size) and 1 single. Squished in. Not really enough room for both. The bathroom is tiny but serves it’s purpose. Left on the bed we’re 2 towels, soap, body wash and shampoo. There was no hand towel in the bathroom. The bathroom looked to have been recently painted but obviously no care was taken as there was paint all over the toilet roll holder. The beds in the room had dust on the headboard and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Springs seemed to be poking through. The room was absolutely boiling. Hardly any sleep at all. In the morning we went for breakfast. We felt like we were being watched from the moment we walked into the dining room so went for toast and cereal for quickness. The owner and his assistant were sat at opposite sides of the room constantly looking over and also speaking to each other in their own language which made me feel uneasy and we thought it was plain rude. The sugar pot on the table had obviously not been cleaned for a while as there was sugar stuck to the side which was solid. It would be ok for people on a budget if they just need a bed but I wouldn’t stay again.

Review

Just got back from a few nights in this hotel. I can understand some of the criticisms this place has been getting, but I do think the hotel is being a little excessively ripped in to, this is however based on my sole experience as this is my first and only stop here. 

The price. I stayed here because it was the only place I could afford that was also available. It was either here or not going to Leeds. 4 nights for £175 is good considering everywhere else was way over the £200 mark. 

The staff. Very few people work here, or at least who I saw, but everyone who does is very friendly and approachable. Yes, there is a language barrier, but if you can work around this, they are good decent people. Anyway, their English is better than my Urdu. 

The rooms. My room was clean on arrival. Yes, it could have done with a lick of paint, but the floor was clean (there was a random sock on the floor at the foot of my bed  I didn't touch it, just left it there). 

Bed was clean and in fact you could still smell the fabric conditioner on the sheets. 

However, the room was not cleaned during my stay, as a result when I left, I had a full bin and a couple of carrier bags used as rubbish bags. 

En suite shower and toilet, tea and coffee making facilities and Sky TV. On an old CRT portable. Straight from the 1990s. 

Breakfast. Quite nice. Breakfast room shows BBC One news when eating. 

The building. Lots of stairs. There was 27 up to my room (yes, I counted, I do that!) They are also very steep and narrow. My advice is, take your time, one step at a time. 

Overall. If you want or need to visit Leeds and need somewhere cheap, this place is worth considering. If you want five star with room service, this is not your hotel, but if you just want somewhere to stay, wake up, grab a cuppa, bit of TV and some breakfast without breaking your wallet, give this place a once over. 

It's 20 minutes from the City Centre and in a run down area, but it's on a main bus route and is near shops, pubs and takeaways.

Cheap Place in Leeds

This is the dirtiest place I have EVER stayed in, I walked through the door and an old Indian man glared at me through the dining room window  before coming to the front door, I told him my name with a smile on my face, he miserably said come in, and threw some paper and a pen on a table and said “ you sign”.

He gave me the key for the room which I left 5 days early because I heard, then later saw a MOUSE under my bed!!

The towels are not clean and had stains on them, the bathroom light corn was brown/black.

The bathroom had dust everywhere the shower wasn’t clean, the toilet floor wasn’t clean, the sink took 6-7 minutes to get hot water.

My body is FULL OF BITE MARKS PROBABLY FROM FLEAS OR NATS after staying here.

The room floor was not clean, I found a sweet under my pillow which was not mine, which shows me the covers were not washed.

I saw rizzla under the bed, the room STUNK of cigarettes smoke.

The bed frame had dust all over, the “caretaker (old Indian man) was always in the front room with his friends.

 When I went outside to pick up my take away delivery, the old Indian man just coming to the window and staring at what I was doing.

There is a CLEAR language barrier.

The banister is very dangerous and anyone over 5 ft 4 could fall over and down the stairs.

In my opinion I WOULD NOT STAY HERE, just type up “Beeston leeds” the related searches will come up as “ beeston shooting”  “beeston crime”.

I am truly surprised this place is still open.
Their license should be revoked, this place is an ABOMINATION.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I stayed in room 1 on the 3rd October with my husband. Bathroom was very small, my husband got bit in bed and when I pulled the duvet back I found a bug and picked it up with a piece of tissue and left it on the side for the owner to see. By 10pm we had had enough of this room and left. The duvet cover did not look clean either. I handed the key back to the owner and told him about the bug and he didn’t look bothered at all. We paid £40 for this room and I would of been better sleeping in my car. It is a disgusting place and would not go near this place again.

I needed a b&b and I had been looking for reviews on this place.I thought it was very strange that there were reviews that were so inconsistent...but since it was cheap I wanted to take a risk.The gentleman who runs the b&b is polite and very available to us.But it's the only thing positive,I wouldn't recommend it even to my enemies.It's a terrible smell and a lot of dirt.
