I was struck by the decor in the house - it was beautiful, and very tasteful. You get a real sense of warmth, both from the house, and from your hosts, who are very helpful and full of knowledge and information about the city. I also loved the breakfast facilities, and the lovely mixture of teas and coffees which are available in the room. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Edinburgh, as it's ideally placed between the city centre and the Port of Leith.
