Went for lunch Mother's Day 8 adults 6 children.cannot fault the service,friendliness and politeness would defently say this restaurant is a must for family's.Well done to all.there is also great views of the river and great facility's for children

I hired the whole hotel for the weekend with a group of my friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. I think the property is brilliant. It's a very spacious building with plenty of room in the communal area and big comfy bedrooms. It's located in the middle of nowhere (so could be as loud as we liked) with a lovely view over the river Avon and surrounding countryside. The garden is great if the weather is nice. I think the cost for exclusive hire is very reasonable when comparing to other houses of the same size. Debbie, the owner, is also very approachable and easy to get in touch with. I highly recommend this place, thanks!

I've never seen anything like this place, the owner sold this to us over the phone in a very charming manner. Unfortunately what greeted us was a drunk woman who told us to help ourselves at the bar whilst ordering young teenagers around to tidy and prepare our rooms. We helped ourselves to drink and laughed it off, then we saw our filthy rooms. Going down to a special dinner pre arranged with the owner nothing was done, no balloons, no cake and all oven cooked food it was an absolute disgrace there was cat hair all over the dining room chairs and floor. By this point the owner was now slumped over the bar, you couldnt make up what we saw here it was awful.

Please do not go or hold any events here. My cousins wedding day was ruined due to no show of the paid caterer which the owners recommended. 

The kitchen was filthy and we had to clean it ourselves before all guests cooked the food we had to purchase from Tescos. The photographer is in the process of sending the photos to the paper as we speak. 

The night before the wedding we had to carry the cater to his bedroom as he feel asleep drunk at the bar. 

The owners state that the no show of the caterer is not down to them however he works as a grounds man 2/3 day a week. So he is not a qualified caterer what so ever.  

The people that work here are more then happy to take your money but are unwilling to provide you with the service you pay for.

Please do not give these scammers any of your money or the chance to ruin another day. 2015

Wedding Disaster

I booked this hotel for the night before my wedding while I lived in Devon and I wanted to come and visit when I was back in Evesham but they were never available. A few days before I just turned up as I was starting to worry - well I was bitterly disappointed as the pictures I saw online of it were probably taken about 10 years ago it has been totally run down. The doors looked like they had been kicked in and the stairs were dangerous! I rang to cancel my booking to which she said I didn't even have a booking! Just be careful look before you book.
