It was year ago that I've stayed at this hotel but I will give my review for interested people anyway. I stayed there with my mama, we took the penthouse, the view was just WOW WOW WOW! A panoramic view of the city it was just fantastic! Staff was really polite, kind and very very helpful and they can speak English. Location is great, close to everything, all all kinds of transportation, it is easy to reach anywhere from that spot. As most Istanbul areas, the hotel is situated on an uphill, it was fine for me but exhausting for mama, to be honest it is a bit hard but you can always take taxi. The area is fantastic, very interesting, safe full of shops, nice breakfast restaurant near by if you don't want to have breakfast at the hotel. it was clean, we didn't complain. Room maybe was a bit old and so but I think it is a boutique hotel so.. All in all I recommend this hotel, it is nice with great location.
