26 reviewsWe stayed in this hotel for 4 days, and it is about 0.5 km from Patong Beach, 0.5 km to shopping malls and street food areas. Rooms are comfortable and maintained clean. Everything is closeby - opposite to the hotel there is 7/11 for ready to eat items, there is a pharmacy downstairs, and massage parlours all around. So location is spot on. Owner is a nice person, and tries to help in every way he can. But it is a small hotel, without a lift. Also there is no restaurant. You can of course find all types of restaurants within 50 meters. Behind this hotel, there is a sewage water treatment plant - so it stinks usually in the reception area, but within rooms it is okay. Note also that, throughout the night you can hear loud tuk tuks and motorbikes, so factor this in, if you want a quiet room. With a shoe string budget, this is best value for money hotel.
