I appreciate the facilities we enjoyed for the low price we paid.Staff went out of the way spray the room with non toxic mosquito repellent, made from a natural grass which did the job and we were strongly advised to keep the windows and doors shut and we had several good nights sleep without using the menacing mosquito net. Tuck tuck fellows will demand money unjustly because one is a stranger to the area and my advice is to explain the destination and the price before you ever step into their vehicle. I was told that it is good to have a geko on the ceiling as it attack the menacing mosquitos and other crawling insects in the rooms. People in the tropics treat the geko as a friend, a clean creature. One goes to these countries to get that new experience of a world that is different to us.
