My family and I stayed there for two days, and the experience was fantastic. The recently renovated rooms offer a fresh, clean appearance. You can request and enjoy delicious home-cooked meals. There is ample parking available, making it ideal for both family and friend trips.

An excellent hotel, with a beautiful environment..
The food was amazing and the staffs were very friendly and welcoming.. I had good time with my family and we enjoyed it.

The staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was spotless and well-appointed, but the highlight of my stay was the food. Every meal was a culinary delight, with dishes that were not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of options, all freshly prepared. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a true pleasure, with a menu that catered to all tastes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal exceeded my expectations. This hotel is a must-visit for any food lover looking for a luxurious stay".

Best place for a family vacation

I was there twice to conduct lectures at EUSL, reached there in the early morning and checked out by evening. Staff were nice, but they have to do most of the work, even clean the room and look after reception etc. But they could do many things to cater this market. There is a good potential to grow and i wish to advise the Management to think about it

Budget and transit hotel

I was given a room not too clean overall. The biggest problem is that most of the sheets smelt and felt used.
After a arduous day working in the heat I just needed a clean setting. Wouldn't recommend this place is you are looking for ambiance but would do just to bed down.
The staff here are hard working and look terribly overworked. They obliged with all my requests. Make sure to ask for the basics - soap , towel etc as they give you the room without these.

Okay if you just need a room and bed

We stayed at this hotel two nights while visiting Trincomalee in Eastern Sri Lanka and found the place to be in a neglected and rundown condition.  Rooms had a strong musty smell that was overwhelming and the sheets, towels and pillows didn't look very clean.  The staff was nice and pleasant and tried to be helpful.  But they were so busy trying to do many things at once and as a result not getting anything done properly to a good standard.  This hotel has easy access to the main road but needs to pay attention to detail if they want people to recommend this place.

Not a place I would recommend

Hotel condition is very bad. Beds are uncomfortable. Bath room is very unclean and not even proper shower. We have very bad image. They haven't even hot water. No dustbin in the room and no mosquito nets.My opinion is don't select this hotel.
