Al Shourfah Hotel Madinah

Well I believe my review is different than others, we stayed here during Umrah and to be honest I’ll keep my self with less expectations, cause I was there for good reason, according to the price you people pay it’s definitely a good hotel, and I would specially like to thank Mr. Mohammad Syed , who is so great person every morning he was checking on my to ask about my stay and over all. Hotel is always full with so many people who were there for prayers so Ofcourse when the property is that busy it’s normal to have delays, also thanks to Mr. Majid at guest relations desk who did our check in , all reception staff is so friendly Thank you and keep it up
