Fabulous staff and management, they genuinely wish to help though a lot of things are not in their control. For instance when the lift was not working, the receptionist really helped me try and figure out alternate accommodation.
Similarly when I wished to check out the staff member Sophia was really helpful and spoke good English.
What was bad
The elevator was not working when I arrived and hostel is on 6th floor with folks climbing all the way up and dow
