Reception staff were excellent. Managed to make sandwiches when I had to leave really early. Great customer service.

Excellent service, great clean room, very good value for the money. We chose this hotel because of free parking, included breakfast (great variety), 24/7 front desk, so late check-in, as we arrived late in the evening. Very polite and accommodating staff. The hotel is 15 min walk to the city centre. We did not mind, as we like to walk.

Everything was great except they need a fan in the room because it gets hot.  Besides that all was good.

Very good hotel, breakfast good, spacious  room, new furniture, TV flat, minibar, air conditioning,  wifi good, big parking place free.

The staff were amazing. Nina and Lyudmila were Very friendly and very helpful. Rooms were new, very clean, and had nice mattresses for a great sleep. Rooms were large. Onsite parking was very secure.   · For breakfast, more pastries and some fruit would have been nice. Internet wasn’t working well until the Manager rebooted it at our request.

Located at 20 minutes away from the railway station,the hotel offers very good services.The rooms are very clean,the staff is very friendly too.The breakfast is fabulous,with a wide variety of dishes even for picky vegetarians.This is place to come back to when in Brașov.It takes around 30 minutes to get to the city centre.

Although I had booked for one night a standard double room, the lady at the reception was very nice and offered us at no extra cost a sperior room. 
We had a balcony that we enjoyed even if we are not smokers.
Very large abd comfortable bad, and very warm room.
We had free parking so we left the car there and get to the centre by taxi (7 lei race) and enjoyed the city.

We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of the Railway Station and because of the good reviews we read.  We arrived off an overnight sleeper having travelled for 3 days and although it was only 1000 our room was ready and we were able to have a shower and recover.  The room was better than in the picture, large, quiet, airy with a beautiful walk in shower and a balcony.  We were on the 4th floor and there is a lift. The staff go out of their way to help, Ramona who runs the hotel, takes a personal interest in the wellbeing of all her guests, Ludmilla and Yulia in particular took good care of us.  They all speak good English.  Many Romanians come here to stay which I always think is a good recommendation. Good breakfast, superb coffee.  Great for families.

The hotel is 5 bus stops from the railway station and 4 stops from the center. You can walk to the center in about 20-30 minutes. The staff is very nice and always smiling. We had a huge room with a king size bed and a single bed, a big tv, a fridge, air con, a nice bathroom, a nice big closet, mirros, table with chair and so on. It is a quiet hotel. We got a room facing a very quiet street also. It also has a parking spot. Rooms were cleaned every day. The breakfast was very good. Coffee, tea, milk, lemonade, orange juice, cereals, different types of jam and fruits, sweets, crème brulee, vegetables, sausages, omellettes, fried eggs, liver pate, butter, lots of different tartines, honey, wallnuts, salami, bacon, cheese, olives and many other things.You also get free toiletries: shower gel, soap, shower cap, sewing kit. They are replaced every day. I loved it.

We visited this place in May
2023 for a 2 day trip. Everything was perfect! It's 12 minutes walking distance from the central square. The breakfast was absolutely tasty, but with a limited variety. The service was exceptional! The only drawback it was the luck of a private air conditioning in every room. We would choose this accommodation again!

A visit to Brasov 

This hotel exceeded our expectations and is a great value for the money. Staff is really polite, refurbished rooms look great, bed is comfortable and breakfast was really tasty. 

Plenty of option to grab a bite neaby, private parking. All in all, will definitely book again and I recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Brasov

Excellent choice! Will book again

I gave only 4 stars because I don't like the type of fourniture and the moquette in the room. But the room was really  clean and without dust. The personal good and searching to solve all your request. Also the restaurant had good rumanian food I didn't like only the pasta, but I'm italian ... :) is difficult for me to find good pasta outside Italy.
