The photos are very deceptive. The hotel is very run down, with one end still a building site. They obviously finished the other end a long time ago though, as the carpets and furniture in the communal areas are very worn and torn. Torn carpets on stairs are a trip hazard. No lift. The hotel is on a very busy highway, with the bar outdoor seating looking onto it and a petrol station. My room also looked onto it, had only single glazing, and only a net curtain so, even if I had been able to sleep through the traffic noise, the light would have woken me. The staff were miserable to the point of rudeness. Finally, it is being used to house refugees, so the stairs and communal areas are full of children playing. Poor souls. The hotel should not be marketing itself as holiday or business accommodation. I checked out ten minutes after arrival. Be warned, to be avoided.

Avoid. Awful place

The hotel is located on the busy Federal Highway S7, but we had our room on the other side. Currently, the balcony is being upgraded to a forest house, which meant we couldn't get in there. Currently, the hotel has 50 rooms. Behind the hotel is a forest. The hotel has a wonderful pool area with jacuzzi and water massage, all included in the price! The hotel has a restaurant with an extensive menu with Polish dishes. Also, good cocktails can be mixed. Early check-in at 14:00, later check-out at 12:00.

The breakfast was great and there were a lot of food choices. It was included in the price. In addition to that there was a restaurant within the facilities of the hotel. You could eat a quick dinner or drink a beer there. Very friendly staff.
There was a very big parking space.

The hotel was nothing like the pictures online. These were taken form and adjoining establishment that was not used at the time. In both our rooms the ceiling was lower over one of the beds. The space within the room was very little, so one person could move at the time comfortably.
The hotel has no elevator (lift). This is very uncomfortable, especially if you carry heavy baggage.
One other problem was that there were no English-speaking personnel. We had to deal with 4 or 5 employees (at the reception desk or the restaurant). Only one of them could speak English. That is very frustrating if you come abroad.
About the bathroom, it had a continuous (bad) smell. Fortunately not very intense. We had to sleep with the window open. In addition to that, during a quick shower the water supply was cut off. My roommate went to the reception desk to complain and they said that this happened because the flow (of the region) was not good and because at that time the dishwasher was on. Fortunately that did not happen again.

Good for a (very) quick stop, but nothing more

hotel with charm desuet but where we are very well received for a price more than affordable. feel free to try the restaurant with its typical and well cooked dishes. what about the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. a nice surprise

not hesitating

Not a bad hotel on the roadside with a gas station. Due to the construction of the road, the entrance is not very convenient, if you are going to Krakow, you will have to turn around. The room is comfortable, the food is delicious and it is plenty. Wi-Fi is satisfactory. The place is great for staying overnight.

Not too bad.

They're going through some significant renovations and (I believe) the hotel is getting major updates inside, outside, and next door.  I had a very room small on the top floor (essentially an "attic" room) that was OK size-wise, but that did not have any closets or A/C.  Lucky for me, the weather wasn't TOO hot.  I would say that, to be fair, there were probably other bigger rooms, but the hotel was full-up due to a trade show in the area so pickings were slim.

Downstairs (and outside) is a fairly large area for dining / drinks, and the menu offers several Polish and "English" dinners.  Beer and liquor is dirt cheap ($1 - $4), and I have to say that the food is quite good (especially for the price).  The hotel staff was always very pleasant and helpful.

Some day this may be a nice hotel!

Good hotel with clean and well-maintained rooms the swimming pool and the hot tub are good the food at the restaurant is of high quality and the price and excellent, single neo the construction of the new road brings some discomfort but nothing serious to advise

A surprise.

The hotel itself is very descent and fairly clean. Rooms are essential but comfortable. The restaurant is also good and highly affordable. The breakfast is standard and well prepared. Nothing to point out for the category, the excellent thing is that the hotel is run by women only but you'll never find out who is Olenka. I might return there. Only one missing issue is the international TV which I thing will shortly be installed.
