We stayed here for one night in June 2015.
It was difficult to find the villa, it is located on the outskirts, near the ring road. But it ok, when you are travelling by car and the main purpose for the next day is shopping.
The host was polite, still seemed to be uninterested in guests, what surprised, as the villa was almost empty. 
The room was with a double comfortable bed, small fridge. Kettle, teacups, tea and coffee were provided by the host.  
Noise from the road was heard, so we closed the windows. I can not say anything about sound insulation between the rooms, as the neighboring rooms were empty during our stay. 
Free parking with video surveillance, free wifi.

Ok for one night

I stayed in this beautiful hotel with my wife for a vacation. The rooms are new, clean and comfortable. The place is easily reached by taxi (it costs nothing compared to Italian ones). Breakfast (on request) is more than plentiful (not suitable for vegans certainly, as is the rest of the area), but the fantastic thing is the kindness and availability found at the reception. Breakfast at the desired time, taxi on request....I highly recommend.

I stayed in this hotel together with my wife and a 9-month daughter. 

First off, the location is not best - certainly it's not the heart of the city, but there is a bus stop nearby (600m walk, ~7 minutes - the host advertises it's 100m away but definitely it's more, as maps.google.com confirms) that will take you to the main train station in 21 mins (bus ticket 3pln). There is also a supermarket within 5 mins walk, so not too bad.

This hotel has no proper reception desk, so you have to call the owner to have somebody greet you and show you the room. The room itself was ~12 sq metres, and the pictures on their website show more or less the truth, although I can't say I was overly impressed with the cleanliness there.

We were booking this hotel a day before we arrived, and had limited choice so we picked Villa Resident. However, if I were to visit Gdansk again, I think I'd look for something different, closer to the city center or SKM line.

Average experience

The villa is without history. It's a new building. When we came in, it felt like there was a renovation yesterday. Although the sauna was nothing. The internet was fine. The room was clean, which is not good. There was no breakfast. But the truth is, we refused it, even though the owner offered. We didn't take any chances. It's easy to get to the villa, but we drove it first - the navigator took it aside. Basically, it's a good place. Over time, they can evolve.
