Wow! I don’t know how this place even has good reviews.  If I could give 0 stars I would! It’s not and Airbnb at all! It’s a cheap hotel 
First she said she would meet us at the train station, and didn’t.  Later no explication why at all ( actually who I was talking to never even greeted us!). We arrived and the man had no idea about our reservation.  While his kids were playing games on the computer he tried to explain that I did t have a reservation.  Then he called someone and he gave him permission To have a room. Although it wasn’t the room we booked or at least nothing at all like the photos.  The room was so small 2 people couldn’t walk and there was no shower curtain so when you showered the entire shower filled with water.  Did I mention that the public restroom smells of pee. DISGUSTING! 
At night when we came back, the man handed us some paper bags of food which was supposedly our breakfast although it included cheese and meet which is supposed to be refridgerated.  During the middle of the night they left on the hallway lights which lit our room up like it was day ( we had a window facing the hallway).  In the morning NO ONE was preparing anything for breakfast.  The coffee was cold from the day before, although there was hot tea.  Finally when we left for Machu Picchu at 5am ( the normal time to go) no attendant was in the office.  So we left a note asking them to watch our bags.  As we walked to the bus, EVERY HOTEL was awake and lively except this place.  
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT book here.  No service and it wasn’t even a comfortable place to sleep before a big hike to Machu Picchu! I’ve never received such awful service!

The wall of our room was covered in mould. There was a bad odour and I doubt our sheets were clean. I asked for an early breakfast and was assured that it would be served prior to the usual breakfast time. However, we did not receive any breakfast. Overall, it was a horrible stay. 

Room were mouldy and dirty

I don't know the price of the room but even if it's free I won't go back! Cold shower (we're in Agua Calientes though..) Humid room because not isolated, soap used.., no towel, no Wifi... after a few days of walking before the Magnificent Machu Picchu it's better to avoid this place especially if you get up at 4:30 for the 5 o'clock climb! Hoping my comment will be useful to you! Good Machu Picchu Picchu!!

Once again, thanks to the shaky booking mechanisms, I'm here to warn you about a hotel that does the FURBETTO... I booked with Booking, I gave the guarantee card as usual, then at the hotel I paid in cash and took my receipt. Not even time to leave and here the hotel writes to Booking communicating my MANCATA PRESENTATION, asking then to fail to receive the payment (for the second time, so...) with a charge on my card. Once again, I had to defend myself from scammers by supporting these evidence and receive my actual stay in the facility, while Booking once again claims that the Assessment has MARKED FOR STAINS notice the old man's presentation... But this time around the old man's house, it looks like you're in the middle of the street, but if you want to take a couple of different aspects of the hotel, you're not going to get a lot of money.

Attention to the trick!

Room doesn't come with a much. Bathrooms make you feel uncomfortable and disgusting,  terribly damp and humid.  Barely slept worrying about something crawling on you, since nothing looks clean. Open up the bed and couple of bugs too much, trapped until I freed them. Don't feel secure.

I was charged a lot the first day, too. The room had a window that looked like a bassinet, the bathroom was full of worms. I asked for an insecticide and I'm still waiting for someone to hand it over to me. I don't like this place. The only good thing I know is that it's a hot tub. It's essential for the hotel service. The hotel looks like it's under construction or in a hurry, there were three parts in the building. If it's missing, there's a hot tub, I'm really thinking about going to Machu Picchu and I'm still waiting for someone to hand it over to me. I don't like this place. The only good thing I know is that it's a hot tub.

Very poor service.

The rooms are as shown in the photo, a quick breakfast, no problem. Sometimes in the evenings you listen to a little music, but it's normal in the city.Cable TV, gas shower, free WiFi, beds are very comfortable, the people who attend are friendly.

Good accommodation.

Next to our room in the hallway there was a hole in the wall through which we could access the interior of the hotel perfectly.The rooms smell like humidity.What about breakfast, we went down at 6am and everything solid had disappeared, there were only infusions but no where to eat; all the dishes were used and on the table, it looked like more than a dining room.We were left with the bathroom door in hand, the enchuffs are not running, we were picked up at the train station as we had agreed,...Let's go to a real disaster, just like when they had just built it, it has potential but currently I don't recommend it to anyone.

Apart from the fact that the facilities are quite cozy, the worst was the treatment by the hostel, they wanted to charge us extra money to make the change according to their convenience and finally we had to pay them in euros while they left us locked in the hall until we gave them the money, as if we were some criminals... not recommended at all!

It is a shameful treat, no volveria ever.

For those who go for a walk at 4 a.m. and breakfast at 8 a.m. it's better not to pretend to have breakfast than to have a TV!
