Grand Ibro Hotel Annex

Staffs are still courteous and very prompt at service delivery. Food is still very nice. But the quality of the facilities need to be worked on quickly. Bedsheets are aging and should be changed. Rugs are screaming for replacement. The AC in my room was so loud. Let's upgrade please.

i particularly liked the fact that it is a budget hotel in the cneter of town with quick access to anywhere I want to go for businesss, food or just hang out at night. 
They also provide breakfast although i would like for them to give us more choices with the menu bt other than that, they are ok for a buget hotel. Room service was also quick

The Grand Ibro has a reputation for very delicious food. The environment is serene despite being in a busy area of wuse zone 5. The staff are very courteous and pay attention to detail. The hotel is neat.

This is an upgrade on Grand Ibro. The food is okay, not great and the staff are friendly and very helpful. WiFi is not super fast but great for work. The only snag was that there was no boiling kettle in the room, so you have to call for hot water for tea or place an order tea. Breakfast is not great, just cereal, and two other options (yam potato, bread). Club sandwich is a mouthful, not great. If you just want to pop into Abuja for business and out without worrying about cost of hotel stay, then this is a good choice. It is centrally located too.

Budget Hotel that is great for the budget

I had the worst experience ever. I booked a room that was supposed to include breakfast for two. But I was told at the hotel that I was only entitled to one breakfast. In fact, it appears there was no coordination between Hotels.com (where I bought my reservation) and the hotel. When I arrived they couldn't even figure out the type of room I reserved. They almost not found my reservation in their system. After a day of stay, I was told that my reservation was for a standard room instead of business suite. I had to show them my reservation again from my confirmation email. My experience was awful here.Also, the hotel seems not to value guests' privacy. For you to have breakfast you must receive a voucher every day and you must write your name and sign in a notebook. Your room number is also written on the notebook. All these information are exposed to anyone who comes to sign his/her name. I could literally see the names and room numbers of all who wrote their names before me in the notebook every day. This shows lack of adequate respect for privacy and poses danger to guests' security.  They need to correct this.However, the hotel is situated in a good environment within working distance to Shopping malls.

Awful experience at this hotel

In Wuse zone 5 Abuja...Average gym..average comfortabilty..Nice staff...Breakfast was average...Needs some refurbishment in my honest opinion. Price is okay..especially the weekend discounts. Swimming pool is okay..Feels secure...

Average Hotel

Really bad experience. NO ELECTRICITY!!! 
They only turn their generators on from 6pm till midnight. 

Other times if their is no NEPA then their is no power. 

And in the heat of Nigeria. Staying in a room without any kind of power or air conditioning is hell. Believe me. 

Worst hotel stay you could ever have.

NO ELECTRICITY. NO GENERATOR!!!!

Hotel needs serious maintenance.  Outdated.  Over priced. Use gym at your own peral! Gym out dated. Complimentary breakfast awful..   No choice. Very basic & unhealthy. . So bad I dare not order food outside complimentary..
