I has a great comfortable stay here, will definitely bw coming back, altough if you want the apartment with the balcony make sure to specify that when booking, since not all apartments have a balcony

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious.  The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

Unit its excellent, amenities excellent, couple of things i would changer would be a time limit on noise (car garage door) and lea noisy beds. Other than that everything was excellent!! Thank you

The department was great, the private parking excelent, but it’s not in Playas, is like 8 minutes from Playas de Tijuana I rented because it said that it was in Playas, other than that everything is ok

Food is about 7-10mins. Nothing walking distance. Parking spot is SUPER tight. Must reverse in. The apartment is gorgeous BUT, floors, couches were very dirty. Don’t take kids to apartment 1. Power cables are arms distance from balcony. Price is great for the place

Great location, close to shooping and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and welcoming. Parking inside, neighborhood seem safe. There is no heater, they do have extra blankets. Communication was excellent with person in charge.

after making the reservation via the Hotels.com app, I received a call from a number in Mexico, the guy on the other line told me he was the owner and wanted to know if we were still interested in renting the place, he claimed that since I didn't respond to a message, that he was worried about us cancelling. I told him that we were still coming, he told me that the credit card charge had been declined multiple times through the app but I checked multiple times and I didn't see any messages about declined charges, I told him that we could pay him directly in cash and he agreed, so everything started kinda weird, not used to things like this with hotels.com. once we got the the place it looked really nice from outside, the area was also nice and conveniently located, but right away a few things started to go bad. in the ad it says that the house has enclosed parking, but we were told that we couldn't use it, so we had to park on the street. the house seemed clean but you can tell that it wasn't a deep clean, one of the rooms with 2 beds had a lot of dust on the sheets. the beds were way to noisy, they creaked every time you moved, not sure if the frame was just old, but definitely not the best place to get rest. the shower had no water pressure, which is normal for Tijuana, I lived there for almost 6 years so I know it can be an issue, but whenever you used the hot water, it would be so low almost a trickle. the interior handle in the second bedroom, kept coming off.

Great location, about 16 minutes from beach

Nice but not nice enough

None of the pictures on the ads matched the apartment. The address on the ad was a complete different address, when I arrived at the location I was told by the host to go to a different address over the phone, about 15 min drive away from the address on listing, again a complete different location. It was extremely skeptical.  I decided not to stay, due to safety issues, the whole experience seemed completely off, the place I was being placed in was not the place I rented on Expedia. This is the first time I write a bad review on a rental stay.
