A nice little hotel in the center of San Jose del Cabo. Very clean rooms, small but clean and nice pool area, and in an absolute awesome area of San Jose

Quaint place. Great area for shopping and restaurants.

If you want to stay in Los Cabo but do not want to spend $700 a night to stay at an all inclusive this place is GREAT. Very clean, pool is chilly but made for a nice place to sit outside. 1500' foot walk to a wonderfully huge beach and many great restaurants within 1 block. Also the very charming downtown shopping/restaurants are about a 20 min safe walk. Staff was helpful in getting an uber for us.

Value option, easy to walk to beach, nice and clean room, it’s on the other side of hotel row with lots of massage places, pharmacies, and some shops. Pool was cool and restaurant next door was pretty good

Great hotel.  Close walking to the beach. Staff was really nice and helpful. The location is perfect for great restaurants and shopping without being in the middle of all the hustle.

Wonderful hotel that is probably the best value in San Jose Del Cabo.  Doesn't have the amenities of the big resorts, but does have a pool.  It is much less expensive than the big resorts, but very clean and comfortable.  The staff is friendly and helpful.  Also, walking distance to local restaurants and shops.

Extremely affordable retreat!

Wonderful Boutique Hotel

This hotel sits in the middle of all hotel zone right across the beach. There is a nice pool and adjacent to a golf course so it’s quiet.  The single bed studio room is just spacious enough if not a bit cramp.  Then again I don’t spend much time in the hotel room. You can ask for a beach towel and umbrella.  The staff is fantastic and very helpful when needed.

Room 23, 2nd floor. Super clean modern place in a motel like setting. Really friendly staff. Filtered water cooler on 2nd floor. Cold plunge pool. Netflix. Small dark rooms. Toiletries are included. Great location. Close to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. We would return. PLEASE secure your wifi network (password protect it) for your guest's safety.

This was an easy and affordable alternative if you have to go to Cabo and not in need of amenities. Rooms are small, but are very functional. Hotel is very clean. Location is spot on! Ubers usually park outside the hotel, resulting in getting an uber ride in less than 1 min. Cabo Azul, Barcelo, Vidanta are across the sreet. If you find yourself needing a beach resort but not necessary needing to stay at a resort, Barcelo across the street has daypasses for $1500 that include access to the gym, food, and pool. You can also go to El Ganzo or Veleros Beach Clubs, both very nice and 10 mins away by car. Highly recommend this place!

This was a great place to stay. We stayed here for 2 nights for my wife and I and we loved it. The pool was perfect for what we needed. The room was very comfortable and the AC was excellent. The hotel was just around the corner from many places to eat and drink. Very safe and I would definitely stay there again.

Great little hotel with excellent location.

Parking is difficult. It’s a small hotel but we only stayed one night. I wouldn’t stay for an extended period. Walkable to good food and across from resorts but the pool is small. You’re right next to a busy restaurant that can be loud in the evening. The view of the golf course is nice. Limited privacy on the balcony.

I was on a solo trip and only staying one night in San Jose del Cabo and this hotel worked perfectly. Easy parking, great restaurant next door with friendly bartender, short walk to the beach, and a quick Uber ride to and from the Art Walk that’s held on Thursday nights (which I highly recommend).I felt safe as a woman traveler, staff were all helpful and nice, and I had a great sleep. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel walking distance to beach

This is a gem of a spot for travelers on a budget who need to be in the Tourist Corridor but are not interested in the all-inclusives' prices or atmosphere. I prefer to stay in San Jose itself but a last minute booking meant not much was available. This small motel packs a lot of punch, squeezed into a tiny area, between a restaurant and a golf course and lots of huge hotel complexes. The rooms were spotless, quiet, and very aesthetic, with nice sheets, very comfortable kind sized bed, beautiful textiles, a roomy outdoor patio, and one of the best showers we had in Baja. Filtered water provided, and very friendly staff. It felt very warm and welcoming and unique, not just a cookie-cutter hotel feel. I prefer to avoid this area of town, but would definitely return to this hotel if I needed to.

Very clean and no carpet. Perfect for beach community. Bed was comfortable and firm. AC was cold. Close to the beach. However, many of the beach hotel/resorts were all inclusive and would not allow outsiders to dine in their restaurants. We would have had to taxi or Uber to a beach side restaurant. That was disappointing.
