I have given this the full 5 rating because of the friendly and helpful owners (Niño and Milan), the superb value and the great location. It is a 5 minute walk to the main bus station, 2 minutes to the famous '5th Avenue' and 3 minutes from the beautiful Playa (Beach). I had a long tiresome journey from Central America with a few mishaps en route. Consequently I arrived dishevelled and tired about 1045pm. I was greeted with "welcome we have been expecting you, come have a complimentary drink." Wow, all of a sudden my tiredness disappeared. The hospitality was superb and very genuine. The hotel itself is not exactly 'The Hilton' but it is clean comfortable and secure. Wifi is fast and a free breakfast was thrown into the deal. I shall stay here again.
