I am here for 5 months. Nice friendly little place, easy walk to restaurants and beach, both pools are immaculate. Air conditioning costs an extra $100 US a month, but electricity is really expensive in Mexico and you do it some months. I would be Ok without it, but my menopausal wife was not. Beds were too hard for me, but I just bought a piece of foam to add and they were fine. Good value by the month. Only costs me $50 US a month more than I was paying at a nearby RV Park. The owners are super friendly and really hard working. Love it here, will be back each year.
