I liked everything, considering the price/quality. If you were in Goa in 3*, you know what kind of hotel it is. The owner is very nice, he's willing to help with everything, he changed his money. We cleaned the room every day as soon as we left. The location is good, all the beaches are about the same distance away. And the Cele Poeley cafe is three steps away, it was the one we liked the most on the island (must try the Tune-Tune Kitten!)
