We were very pleased. Responsive staff. Breakfast is included. Good location. Clean, comfortable and bright rooms. A seating area and a kitchen. In the room there is a bar. Beach 5 minutes walk. Good free Wi fi. There are makers and hair dryers in the room. Hot water. All at a high level.

I think most people like traveling in Maldives because we will feel the beauty of the nature and breathe the fresh air at the same time. What's more we can make friends. My dream trip in Maldives starts from Alaya Inn. The boss of the hotel is very kind.The room is nice and clean. Genarally，It is a good place！

Alaya Inn is one of the best family hotel in HUlumalei. Especially for family travel, they have common area for each floor, it's earlier for chat and rest, also the boss and staffs are very nice and warm heart. If you have any travel questions,the boss will help you patiently. Very nice place, very nice person, I'm lovein it! Will come there again!

My plane was delayed and therefore I missed my speedboat transfer to another island. I had saved Alaya's number after doing some searches early on. They picked me up from the ferry and had me set up in a room in no time. The staff was very helpful. They always had a suggestion of where to go for a meal. The room is small but comfortable. I was here for a few days and they had breakfast available for me. They did have the ability to arrange activities like island hopping for you. I opted to just walk around the island for a few days before headed to a major resort. They helped to arrange with the other resort the timing for the next seaplane and also brought me to the airport. If you find yourself in Hulhumale you should give Alaya Inn a chance. 

I needed a room near the airport for my late night arrival and my early departure the next day on a sea plane to my destination.  All the guesthouses in the area are expensive for what you get.  I felt like Alaya was a good option as they include both airport transfers and breakfast in their price, where as others charge extra for the airport transfers.
After having the info desk at the airport call the inn, I waited briefly and was then picked up and driven to the inn.  I received some juice on arrival while I completed the check in process.  The room was up three flights of stairs.  It was a small room, though there was space for a double bed, a desk and chair and wardrobe and small fridge.  The bathroom was also small though the counter was able to hold some toiletries.
There was an iguana crawling up the wall when I walked in, though disappeared shortly thereafter.  The room and bathroom seemed clean for the most part.  I just went to sleep as it was already after 1030pm.  The next day, the shower was powerful enough with hot and cold water.  Breakfast was waiting for me downstairs.  When I was finished I was brought back to the airport and delivered directly to the sea plan counter.
Efficient and friendly.  I would recommend for one transfer night, though I would not stay here or on Hulhumale for the entirety of my vacation.
