I cannot base my review on the stay at the hotel, But I feel compelled to leave such a good review about my experience with the hotel before we arrived. We were due to stay in September this year to celebrate my 40th birthday, Combining a 1 night stay in Venice and Innsbruck with a 2 night stay in Haller Suites. We spent weeks researching for the best properties in the Italian countryside and Haller Suites ticked all of our boxes! My wife and I were extremely excited to get away from the normal stresses of life and relax in the Italian countryside. Recently this year, My father in Law had a serious medical problem which has unfortunately led to the postponement/cancellation of our trip. I've recently contacted the hotel to explain the circumstances around our cancellation, A typical response from a large hotel chain, Might be different but from this family run hotel-We received the kindest response and best wishes regarding our cancellation.
