Hotel very close to Prince Station and the historic center with prices quite low compared to the average... so that's why you can recommend it, to spend little. The owner was polite to recommend places, the thing that surprised me was to see people smoking inside the hotel, in fact there is a strong smell of smoke in the common facilities, fortunately not in the room.

To spend little and for a few days

It is a small hotel that is more like a family guesthouse on the 5th floor of a building. Minimum comfort, additional climate. Correct for a night of stages. Most of it is located on the street of the University of Genoa, 2 steps from Garibaldi Street with its palaces, 5 minutes from the train station and also very close to the sea.

Correct for one night stand

Hotel very close to the Principe de Genoa train station. Together with the extremely advantageous price this constitutes the main strength of the structure.

Visit

The only good thing is that it's close to the train station, but they smoke like dragons, and there's a smell of stagnant smoke, and they're not professional at all, which is a shame because Genoa has a lot to offer, and I'm sure that's not it.

Hotel-clad room rentals

We were in Genoa with my partner and our seven-year-old son, I confirm that the place is really fatiguing to the limit of what is acceptable...MAK the place is clean very gentle managers in the bathroom hot water and shower that performs its functions. If you have trouble sleeping mattresses are perhaps the worst thing but for us who sleep on the rocks too it was not a problem. The very central location is perfect, we have walked the whole city, as a location you could not wish for better and the road is one of the main ones in the city. If you can adapt, you want to spend little and stay very central is highly recommended.

The positive points are the positioning in the first centre of Genoa and the very available reception staff. They helped solve a problem with an erroneous booking made unintentionally online. Unfortunately the negative points are on the hotel itself, as the structure, age of the same and comfort of the room. Very old hotel, from old interior furnishing and other times (style 60s). In the bedroom very edgy and uncomfortable. Poor cleanliness.

Very convenient as a location but structure of other times

A small hotel run by a couple of very kind gentlemen, Spartan, essential and unpretentious, especially for those who want to live the real Genoa and immerse themselves in the Genoese environment alleys etc. is the ideal place.

Genoese environment

We stayed for one night, absolutely squalor. Fatigued staff like the structure and the room. Hot water didn't arrive. The only positive thing is the location near the Prince's Gate station.

Weight

In Genoa for a short vacation we stayed 4 nights in this hotel great location near the central station, friendly staff, sure we give 1 star, bathroom even though the room is a little scarce, quality price almost there.

Not bad.

I start the review by pointing out the positive aspects: the proximity to the station Genoa Piazza Principe about 300 meters and the kindness of the lady who carried out my check in. It cannot be called a hotel because it does not have the basic requirements to be it, rather I would call it a rental room. Located in a fattening building, I was assigned a room where the only thing that can be saved is the cleaning of the sheets. The bathroom I do not know what kind of drain had but you had to be careful not to throw a quantity of paper to the average in the toilet was at risk of flooding, the hall is not made of bricks for the ground but it was a log structure that worked with an excessive weight I think I can create some kind of internet connection, to 3G.
