21 reviewsAmazing place with staff who go above and beyond what you’d expect. Alma the cleaner is a gem of a lady , very welcoming with some warm touches and Is a credit to the business. Themis the rep is extremely responsive to Msgs and makes some good recommendations - he’ll even arrange transfers , excursions, etc. The villa has no front desk so you need to contact Themis when you arrive, he’ll then meet you within 30 minutes to do the handover. The villa is immaculate inside and out , bed really comfy , shower powerful, plenty of cooking facilities in the villa and loads of storage. We had the ground floor unit ( elite ) with private outdoor spa pool which was private and always warm Despite what some of the other reviews state. The Villa is maybe a 10 min walk max to the centre of Fira with a few local shops nearby and a restaurant all within walk-in distance. If I was to visit Santorini again, I wouldn’t think twice about booking this place again. My only criticism ( and this is not hotels fault ) the travel company did not send me any contact details for Themis ( rep ) so when we arrived I had to find his number on line which i managed to find but if not then I wouldn’t have been able to Access the villa at 10pm in the evening, so my review may have been slightly different - maybe the villa should have a notice put on the entry wall with his contact details or they could consider a key safe as this would eliminate any possible issues or time delays. Other than the small check in Issue this place is absolutely amazing - you will not be disappointed and will not find anything as nice which is competitively priced like this was. If your reading this review you must BOOK IT now before it’s to late 😎😎😎😎 Keep up the good work guys ❤️
