Melina Hotel

An unforgettable stay thanks to Melina and her amazing hotel. We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Melina Hotel in Santorini, located just a 5-minute walk from the center of Fira, and we owe so much of that to Melina, the owner, who was simply phenomenal from start to finish. The hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, bright, and cleaned every single day. The pool is beautiful and very well taken care of – we loved relaxing there after exploring the island. The breakfast buffet is generous, fresh, and always restocked with care. Everything is designed to make guests feel comfortable, from the quality bedding and great air conditioning to the spotless bathrooms and peaceful common areas. But what really made this stay so special was Melina. She was always available, so kind and helpful, and you can truly tell that she loves what she does. She shared the best places to visit – including local spots we never would have found on our own – and gave us personalised maps to help us plan our days. She helped us book everything: boats, transfers, car rentals – and always at very good prices, with trusted contacts. She called and arranged everything for us and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. She genuinely cares about her guests. We felt so welcome, so supported, and a real bond was created during our stay. She is one of the kindest and most generous people we’ve met. Our trip would not have been the same without her, and we’re really happy we got the chance to meet her. We can only recommend her and her hotel a thousand times over. Melina Hotel is in a great location, just five minutes from Fira, with great facilities, a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and a host who gives everything for her guests. She deserves all the recognition – and honestly, a holiday herself. P.S. The little dog Bisous is absolutely adorable – so sweet and gentle. We completely fell in love with her.
