If you're looking for a budget, comfortable hotel in this category! If you're looking for a gold bathroom, windows the size of the walls, a huge bathroom, you'll want another hotel! This one's not for you! But if you're going: 1) enjoy the beautiful nature, the quiet atmosphere, the cozy atmosphere, the friendly staff, the absence of noisy drunk guests, or... 2) you choose a budget, comfortable hotel in this category!

It's an excellent budget hotel.

A wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. There is no noise, no fuss. Great price. The sea in June is clean, calm and warm. A little far from the main attractions, so a car or at least a bike is recommended.

Quiet & calm

The hotel is located in the middle of a luxurious garden just 30 meters from the beach of the village of Kavos. The hotel is located on the first beach line. A long sandy beach with no blue water, transparent and very warm. Free beds, there is always plenty, there is no need to occupy early in the morning. This is something you will rarely find. On the territory of the hotel there is a bar and a swimming pool.

The BEST way to breathe with friends

Driving though Greece we ended up looking for a hotel along this coast for the weekend. Tried a couple of places one wouldn’t let us eat at restaurant in day another wanted £300 a night and we happened apon Alexander Beach. We took the cheapest room and was informed we wouldn’t see the sea. Since I know what it looks like I was fine with that but I saw so much sea I felt almost cheated of not for the fact the staff were lovely and fun and helpful. The room was fine and good value at 1/6th of the price up the road. Pool and private beach were great and kitchen staff came with a smile. I thought great value and good amenities. Charming staff what more could you want. They didn’t have unicorns it’s unfortunate. Great stay nice location what’s not to like. 

Weekend by Sea

We stayed in this hotel in late September-early October. The room was given on the first floor (with fancy balconies with surrounding flowers), new furniture, kitchen, dishes, shower, not liked, very little space, walking to Kavos (where almost everything was already closed, since the season was over) about 15-20 minutes down the road (the evening was creepy). Kavos is a very small village, there is nothing to do, at 10 pm there is silence.

That's a good idea.

Apartments with 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (No201) - above all praise. The furniture is almost new, the mattresses on the beds are quite tough, but even. Cleaning in the room was done every day. In general - staff is very friendly and attentive. But spacious, cozy, apparently - recently renovated. Very spacious balcony with a table/rooms. Due to the smell from the river/room side - it's not a sewer, but rotting waterfalls.

We want to repeat.

Very bad place, no internet, horrible people from Balkan who yell all night long and put some turbo folk music. Close to the apartments are some store very expensive and water is not for drinking smells bad even for showering.

Not recommend

When I was booking this villa, the pictures on the website looked nice. The place is an actual dump! It smells, it’s dirty and looks NOTHING like what they showed on their website. The breakfast was ridiculous & constantly had flies over it. The pool side wasn’t even cleaned, I didn’t go into it once because of the dirt that was inside of it. To top it if the sun-beds were either broken or dirty. 

Disappointed is an understatement.

Stay away from this place!!!!

This place is absolutly horrible. We got off the couch in the middle of the night it was pitch black and could hardly see where to go. We randomly knocked on a door and lucky it was one of the cleaners. She walks us to a far place and gave us a small smelly room where the toilet didnt even flush, it was dirty with lots of flies. 
We booked and paid for a room with a sea side view and they told us at first the room was not ready yet. Which i dont know how that can be because this was now the second day we had reached the hotel. After 6 hours we then told the room we books and PAID for wasnt avalible and they cannot give us back our money. They gave us a small room in a place away from the hotel covered with lots of bushes and trees and no light around the room so at night it was hard to find. 

The cleaner was nice, however the owner was very rude when confronted about the room we paid for. 

I wouldnt advise anyone to stay at this hotel. The pictures posted are also very different to what the hotel looks like.

Most disgusting place ive every stayed in

Firstly, the rooms have been renovated and furnished with new furniture. Firstly, the rooms have been refurbished and furnished with new furniture, unfortunately, I did not get to take pictures of the rooms. Secondly, there is a hotel at sea. Thirdly, the reception desk is staffed by a Russian girl, Ksenia, who seems to be very attentive and kind to the tourists.
