this B &  B was a pleasant surprise. clean room, great breakfast, kind owners, although Mme Veronique only speaks french. near to a metrostation, fast exit to the highways around Lille. My room was on  the second home of this end 19th century house, with own shower and toilet, comfortable bed. the breakfast was in one word fantastic: coffee, tea, fresh croissant, fresh bread, chesses, jams.. Yes, I liked this place.

The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated. The mistress of the place welcomes you with joy and kindness. Breakfast is excellent. Tourcoing is close to everything.

Very friendly guest house

Situated in suburbia in south Tourcoing on main road to Roubaix right next to Carliers metro station.  Tastefully furnished large Victorian style house with 2 ensuite double  & 1 twin bedroom on the 1st & 2nd floor.  Good continental breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, croissants & bread. Veronique's English wasn't too good but neither was our French! - but it wasn't a problem & we got along fine.  Just down the road is an excellent reasonably priced small locals food style restaurant at La Bonne Table - it gets busy and finishes early, so book an early time!  We used the Halte as a road bike cycling base for 3 nights with loops into Belgium, which worked well - bikes were safe at the bottom of the stairs.  Chambre Design looks out on the back of the property & is quieter at night if you have the window open.

Nice & comfortable B & B

I was really surprised by the price ratio which is much more than correct. The rooms are very good standing with all the equipment you might need. The owner of the place is very friendly I highly recommend you to stay there!! And whoever is even less than 50 meters away you have the metro! Thanks again for meeting me last night!

Luxury is cheap!!

This hotel is located in Tourcoing, right on the main artery between Tourcoing and Roubaix. But you don't get any traffic because the rooms are out of the back. Hotel? No, it's actually a private boarding house. An older house, with 3 guest rooms. The rooms are well equipped. Small bathroom, separate toilet, a box spring bed, small table, chair, separate seating. Small TV, with a decoder, but only French TV program. The breakfast, however, was particularly good.

Very small hotel with private charm

Very well located two steps from downtown on Gambetta Boulevard and the exit of a subway station. Installed in a townhouse, it offers neither parking space nor garage. Parking is done on the boulevard as available places and the indulgence of law enforcement when parking on forced sidewalks. The room (Vent des Sables) that we had booked is spacious all comfort with shower and private toilets. A small reserve on the bedding that I did not find comfortable, perhaps aging at the level of the available summers that are too distant and also the chalet itself a very small life that follows the movement and does not reach the imperfections.

That's a good idea.

The reception is warm and professional. The rooms are large, comfortable, tastefully decorated. The quiet reigns in this bourgeois house near the subway. The continental breakfast will delight you with the quality of the selected products, which in the summer can be served in the garden of a flowering and delightful curé. The quality/price ratio will surprise you and our stay in the North will continue at this address where everything is implemented for your total satisfaction.

What's wrong with you?

The rooms are spacious, very clean and very well equipped (Wi-Fi, flat TV, large hangers...). Breakfast is pleasant (variety of fruit juices, wine and fresh bread, fruits, yogurt, cheeses, coffee, tea or hot chocolate).Situated in a quiet area, next to the metro and offering parking facilities, the Halte Bourgeoise is well-named. Here, attention to detail is cultivated, close to perfection.

A very beautiful house with an excellent price-to-quality ratio!

We stayed three nights in the Chambre Design in September 2015 and were very busy. The house is very interesting, the breakfast is more than generous and the care is very nice. You don't have to use the car because the metro station is at your doorstep. We liked it very much.
