This is the hotel  opened in 2017 by the Troisgros family, after they moved from Roanne to the countryside in Ouches. It is true Relais et Chateaux, but the WiFi  connection needs work.... we had all the difficulties in the world to establish a decent connection, and frequently had none in our room. Otherwise, the rooms are large, generously and luxuriously appointed, with all the amenities you'd expect in iconic institution such as Troisgros. It s clear throughout the buildings and annexes that the owners and especially Ms Troigrois, an art and architecture aficionada, have paid attention to every detail.... There is a nice pool, a jacuzzi (you need to book), and you can take a nice stroll around the immense domain, around a large pond where you can also take a rowing boat.... not cheap but an ideal location to splurge for a special occasion. Nice touch: we were given two water bottles for our drive home on a hot summer day....

The place is spectacular, the hospitality is excellent The gastronomy I consider to be among the best in France.All the dishes we tasted were delicious of the highest standard. We knew the owners who are simple and very friendly.

Like a nest

The renovation work carried out within this old barn has resulted in a very nice hotel with a lot of taste. Our room was spacious and decorated in a sober and elegant way, not to mention all the at-rooms. We especially appreciated this small attention of offering a delicious brioche on arrival and departure. The staff were very attentive.

The kitchen is good even though in general we prefer a little more classical dishes, a little less focused on the presentation The room was large, perfectly lit but lacking storage and bathroom really not convenient (not suitable light, no place to make up) Lunch very DECENT: for 35€ and in an establishment of this class, it is inadmissible not to have fresh orange juice.

It's a beautiful place, a beautiful decor.

It's a very nice building renovated room very nice sloping in a small house, there's no strong trunk in the room and the dressing is sloping, so it's not practical especially if you have to hang a long dress with a large room with shower and bathtub overlooking a garden

Magical, perfect experience, allergic to certain products, I was entitled to tailor-made dishes, fat salmon to sauce, we all had an extraordinary time, great wines, just a little bemoal, the Amish dress of the waitresses.

It's a treat.

You have to come here to be calm, to stroll around the property. There's only an outdoor pool... so no problem when it's nice and warm, but when it's not, an indoor spa would be appreciated.

Best service. Every attendant in the room is able to take care of any request. Yet their presence is barely felt.

A complete sensorial experience

The temple of gastronomy in all its simplicity and in a bucolic setting despite the bad weather. The staff is very attentive and charming. As for the dishes: magical, surprising, confusing....!!! Bravo to everyone and thanks again.
