Had to come to Port Vendres for a business meeting and was recommended this hotel by a colleague. The hotel is under new ownership, a very friendly and helpful couple who gave us the kind of personal welcome that you rarely find in hotel chains. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, with a brand new bathroom with a large walk in shower. The street outside is very quiet. Was surprised to be offered garage parking just opposite. The evening meal was copious and delicious. So if you're tired of impersonal chains and would like a good old-style welcome from hotel owners trying their best, then this is a good place to stay.
