Friendly home, excellent homemade garbage, terroir products, homemade punches, tasty blueberry pie houses, hostel on the road by the side of the road, excellent red wine, in short everything to have a good evening.very good price ratio

The real homemade kitchen

We came with a small group, one of whom already knew La Bergerie. Very friendly welcome, we really feel good with such kind and caring people. The establishment is particularly quiet, we were staying on the side of the road...no noise. I saw some negative reviews, I didn't find anything like it. It's an old hundred-year-old house, it has a certain charm, it switches cheap rooms with large-scale furniture (you see what I'm talking about...), tiny and noisy rooms that are available for this price...or more. We had the 4th, next room! Other rooms are also a little less expensive... we will always benefit from an authentic experience in the world.

It's a nice surprise.

From the moment we booked, we were very attentive to the customers to satisfy them. Warm reception, very good quality products, friendly and professional service. We had a great dinner. We had already come here for the first time and we were delighted. This new experience was perfect. We will be back with great pleasure.

It's just great!

A nice little hostel, typically decorated mountain. Very good quality/price ratio on the room which is functional with a good bunk bed and a renovated SDB. A nice mountain view. The reception by the employee was friendly and kind. This lady also served us dinner, not to mention, always as smiling. Too bad for dinner, the garb was very good on the day, but the confit served very well with natural pasta, a small leather of grated cheese and carrot puree. With a confit, even a simple gratin of potatoes would have been a better fit.

Accommodation side no surprise damage to dinner!

Room 1 has not been upgraded since the February 2021 opinion of an internet user which we confirm. For the household we think that the person was on holiday since...stars of rain everywhere, traces of water projection. Room 1 to refuse because two other rooms visited in agreement with the holidaymakers are much better for 2 euros more per night. There may be some respect for travelers who arrange a service. The reception is also worth reviewing.

Room No. 1

A very pleasant staging night at this establishment. We received a welcome worthy of this name. It is a simple and very clean place. Room with private bathroom and toilet; top. It feels good that hygiene is the master word of the owner. The breakfast room facilitates discussions with other tourists. We exchanged with a couple of charming Marseillais. We recommend the closed eyes hostel La Bergerie, located on the back of the hill, in Campan.

What a great discovery.

We were with our two young children, six and ten years old. Rooms in the upstairs room. Very well served.

So this is clearly back in the '60s or '50s, the decor of the rooms is made of brick and mortar, the floor is not straight, there's no room to move around.

Back to basics

One night is enough in a time of COVID-19 health crisis. The negative: As for room 1, what do you say, very small, no storage or where to pack. An old toilet table and a chair. Just the place to go around the bed. Not soundproofed. The toilets in front of our room on the very loud level. Finishings and decorations very somewhat brickleed see even (entry switches, shutters, wall covering etc.) The dinner in the room a few miles higher than a two-star would have been closed. I would have used a price for such a quality. To be fair, to say the least. I would have a tendency to say: a warm family for the confronts of the hotel is still a good family.
