Special place with extraordinary genius loci. Very pleasant and romantic room with entry to the garden just below the Svaty kopecek and with a view on Zamek, two most important dominants of Mikulov. Collection of wooden furniture from all around the world together with beautiful original pictures made by the owner gives this place with exellent location for all the future visits to Morava. We will recomnend it to family and friends, thank you!

Penzion Sebastian - stay with a special flavor

The pension is nicedly decorated and well-equiped in the bathroom. The owner met us in the evening for the check-in. We choose an attic room mainly because there is a desk. We found out that we could not sleep as something strange on the bed. It was the sheet to protect the bed. It stopped us from sweating and the room was so warm in autumn as the attic does not have a window that we can open just a little.

We were surprise too that the room was so dusty and we saw so much dust at all corners and more dust came out from under the bed.

Stylish room with well-equiped bathroom but dusty and not comfy bedding

The outside of this place looks dumpy but once inside, the court yard is so much better.   The room we stayed in opened onto the court yard, but that meant we could not get any fresh air at night because we had to lock our door.   The room was nicely decorated but no amenities - like a hair dryer.  Our host was very gracious but it was difficult to coordinate meeting her at the house.   

Breakfast is not included in the rate but free parking and wifi are.  Additional requests for things like pillows, were not accommodated.   It was clean and quiet.

Looks are Deceiving ....

Very nice penzion, uniquely equipped by owners (amazing pictures, furniture and decorations from their trips abroad). The owners are very sympathetic and helpful. Good equipped kitchen, spacious and clean rooms. The house is little bit noisy when  fully occupied. Great location in the city centre.

Stylish penzion

We spent four nights here and found the apartment perfect for our needs. It is very large with a dining table and also a separate sitting area, all in one open space with the kitchen. The apartment is funky cool with colors and furniture and flooring. The kitchen has everything one could need for cooking and we do cook a lot. There is another bedroom loft space upstairs for larger families. The main square and castle are a 5 minute walk and the grocery shopping the same in the other direction. George (Jirir) did our laundry for us at his pension and returned it to the apartment. What wonderful service! We rented bikes from the person he recommended as well. They were really good bikes, with gears and saddlebags. The bathroom is large and the toilet is in a separate "room". The wi-fi works beautifully. Parking is on site and free. We would definitely choose this apartment for our next visit.
