HOTEL TO BE AVOIDED! Worst hotel we have seen in Colombia and way too expensive! 

We spent a horrible night there: at about 11pm, a guest who had just come back from a party on drugs went round the rooms by entering through the windows overlooking the corridor, tried to get into ours, making an unbelievable racket with his two friends. We had to go out several times to get him away from our room. It took the staff 30 minutes before they decided to call the police ... we had noise until midnight. Meanwhile we had to look after him… 
Then at 4.30am the same drugged up guest forced his way through our room window, and no one at reception to calm him down.
The worst thing is that our bed collapsed at 1am because the legs were not fixed. 

No refund, no compensation of any kind, they didn't want to know anything under the pretext of Booking commissions...

And wifi is really poor. 

In short, hotel to avoid!

WORST HÔTEL WE HAVE BEEN TO IN COLOMBIA :(

A cozy hotel, excellently located, VERY clean and organized (which for me is vital).It has everything needed for a good rest at a very comfortable price.The only thing that would improve is access to hot water as the city's cold warms it up.

 Strategic location

Although the facilities are decent, the staff service is terrible. The hot water service didn't work most days, the noise is felt in all the rooms and the worst part is that they allow unpleasant guests to party inside the hotel without any repairs, even making the complaint as if they were doing nothing. In general we had to change hotel. We had an incident with a room table that because it was badly installed poured some liquids, the staff served us badly with some dirty dresses, they didn't change the table. If you ever need any additional service or extra nights we don't diligently collaborate.

The worst service is not to waste your money.

It was a very nice stay, very quiet, equipped with everything necessary, the only thing is the hot water is super hard to calculate at the chorro that day but in general everything was super fine, the attention of the staff, very kind and always willing to help you, I enjoy, it is very likely that it will come back.

Good hotel - Tranquiló

We had a 2 night stay in this hotel. Firstly ignore the photo of the green property, this is not even in Jardin, it is in Bogota and wires have been crossed somewhere. 

The property is colourful with a nice terrace overlooking the street. It is a minute walk from the plaza. Check in was quick, the rooms and bathrooms while in need of an update are of adequate size and the beds are comfortable. 

Its cheaper to call the hotel direct than book on third party platforms. 

No breakfast but plenty of options nearby.

Cheap and cheerful

I booked at a reservation plant at 90,000 COP. Very disappointed by the establishment, the next day at 9 o'clock, I asked what the rate would be for an extra night; the answer was 90,000 COP. So I took a quick tour of the Garden and found some great rooms at 35,000 or 40,000. When I got back to the hotel, I told the receptionist, who this time offered me an extra night at 40,000 COP. 50,000 drop in an hour! I hate that! Not only did I steal 50,000 through a famous reservation plant, she tried to repeat live! Otherwise, the stair ramps are dirty, so there's no lava in the bathroom, but there's no lava in the bathroom! The receptionist has no freeze-dumps, but there's no freeze-dumps in the bathroom!

Theft is manifest.

I searched for a room in two other places before I came to this place. For some strange reason, the other hotels did not offer rooms for just one guest. The room was large enough, also the bathroom and I got a double bed. It is located half block away from the main park

Good service, clean and cheap

Jardin is one of the most beautiful cities in Antioquia preserving its old architectural buildings and streets. El Dorado has hot showers, clean sheets, good beds and comfy pillows. 

It’s bathrooms are clean and well lit, and spacious. 

The help by it’s employees is extraordinary, they are courteous and always available.. 

I would highly recommend this hotel. 

Good clean and cheap 

At first I couldn't go because there were problems on the road, but they kindly returned the money from the reservation without any inconvenience.Then I went on a friend's plan and the truth is a few steps from the park in an area that's not so bumpy, including breakfast served at another hotel but delicious!The view of the colorful village and apart seems too economical for the service he offered us.I'd come back and recommend it.

A simple hotel with everything you need.

A few steps from the main park, a very economical hotel that has the basic overnight accommodation: rooms with good space, clean, hot water shower and a good coffee courtesy.
