9 reviewsA brand new hotel conveniently located for those attending conferences at the nearby Nanjing Youth Cultural Centre. The tram can also take you to the city center in approximately 20 minutes. As it is in the midst of the business/convention area, there is nothing much for sightseeing. The hotel has a modern facility and the breakfast buffet is good. As I was assigned a high floor suite (upgraded) with a bedroom, bathroom, a separate shower room, two toilets, and a couch. I have no complaint in terms of its luxurious facility. However, the hotel needs to learn more about how to serve its guests. For example, at a check in, three people at the front desk was arguing about which page of my passport they were supposed to photocopy (to comply with the authority's requirement). The room service took a long time (and 15 % service charge which was not clearly mentioned on the menu in English), and despite the fact that my room had two TVs, the instruction was given only in Chinese and thus I was not able to go any further than watching the menu. Again, it is a good hotel, but I would only go back again only when I need to attend another conference nearby.
