K2 International Youth Hostel

I chose a dorm with private bathroom and it was a little bit more expensive than without but really comfortable. The beds were wide with nice mattresses, comfy quilts and a nice ans clean bathroom. The place had 2 big commom areas to chill and chat. Also, the garden is huge with chairs to sit and enjoy the sun and relax. They also make breakfast (which I don't recommend at all), lunch and dinner. The last two were 20 kuai per person, reasonable variety and a cool chance to meet people. Also a great opportunity to stay in shuhe in a budget as the food was really expensive in town. I was the only western there so I had to rely on the chinese that spoke english which weren't so many. My favorite moment at this hostel was the night time get together at the big commom area with people playing music on stage. I had a lot of fun and this was the first time I really enjoyed listening chinese music.Ah! Last but not least. They had some beer made out of coffee. Strange indeed but delicious. I recommend.
