AYARD of Chan

One of my best stay in Leshan. Absolutely love the Buddhism inspired decor. Very zen feel yet clean modern and comfortable at the same time. Surrounding is peaceful and quiet, but that also means there's nothing to see or do at night except maybe a stroll by the river. Breakfast is all vegetarian so meat lovers may not like it. However they do taste good abet a little low on options. Staff are friendly and helpful with directions (love their uniform). Oh there's no lift in the hotel so if you have large heavy luggage do ask for ground floor units. Location however is not that ideal. On google map may look close to the Big Buddha but in actual fact is a long 30 mins walk to the north entrance. Also it's 30 mins bus ride from the high speed rail station (which is most likely the point of entry for most) unless u take express bus K1. However K1 service ends at 1800 usually.
